Curious about people, ideas and the world around me.

I live in Tromsø, but my background spans project development and international marketing, teaching, volunteering and digital learning tools. The common thread is a desire to turn ideas into something people can use.

What matters to me

I believe in kindness, curiosity and showing up. I thrive in communities where people can grow, take responsibility and discover new sides of themselves.

Teaching and volunteer work have been part of my life for a long time, but they are only one part of who I am. I also value nature, books, travel, technology and good experiences shared with others.

Professional background

From idea to delivery.

Project work has taken me across countries and industries. In Spain, I worked with property, building applications and the refurbishment of hotel and restaurant premises. I later managed Rygh Eiendom S.L.'s operations and helped establish both the premises of Skandinaviska Turistkyrkan and a physiotherapy clinic in Puerto Rico.

As a marketing consultant at the Norwegian Seafood Council, I planned and delivered press trips, organised the location-scouting trip for season four of Sveriges mästerkock and worked with the Master Conference and Seafood Expo Global 2014.

Family

The most important team in my life.

I am married to Malou, and together we have Jonathan and Helene. My family is my anchor and an important part of how I choose to spend my time, energy and attention.

We enjoy experiencing things together – outdoors, while travelling and in the small moments at home. They give me perspective, direction and much of the motivation behind what I try to create.
